Absentee Voting

You must be a registered voter to receive an absentee ballot. If you are a registered voter and wish to receive an absentee ballot, please come to City Hall between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and complete an application form or provide a statement in writing requesting an absentee ballot. Photo I.D. is required.

Written Request

The written request must include your voting address, the address where the absentee ballot should be sent, along with your signature. A photo I.D. must accompany your request.

Absentee by Mail

In order to receive an absentee ballot by mail the application must be received by the Clerk no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Thursday before the election. All voted ballots should be returned to the Clerk’s office so they can be delivered to the proper polling location before the polls close on election day.
